Ingredients
40 m blended whisky, 10 ml lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 10 ml peated whiskey, 90 ml Candid Ginger Ale
Preparation
Add lemon juice and honey to the blended whisky, making sure the honey is well dissolved. Pour over ice into a whiskey glass and top up with Candid Ginger Ale. Finish with a float of peated whiskey.
Serving Suggestion
Garnish with a slice of candied ginger.
